Broadfront Technologies focuses on delivering services and support for businesses and government departments that bridge divides and give interconnection across a broadfront of concerns. We help you to deal with those large scale issues that often get away from project leaders and result in ramifications that derail complex project deliveries.
Our aim is to support those activities which return value by taking the broad view:
- across differing domains with system engineering offerings which extract value from tools, techniques and methodologies
- across time, with knowledge sustainment offerings that seek to maintain understand over decades
- across organisations, with structural offerings that make stronger interconnections between groups involved in large projects
Our work is informed by a collective experience that spans decades, trying to address complex projects and their problems with tools that can provide real value to these large scale issues. We have learnt from experience that although its easier to keep control of the little things - its the big failures that everyone thought was another groups job that real derail things and prevent benefits being realised.
